Jason’s background is equally impressive. A former member of Canada’s National Track and Field Team and a NCAA scholarship athlete, he has worked with various coaches, teams, and athletes at college, national team, professional levels, and Special Olympics. He holds a degree in Sociology from Carleton University, a Human Resources Certificate from Sheridan College, and an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business. His continuous professional development includes CHRL and CHRP designations from the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA), a Green Belt in Six Sigma, an Optimizing Diversity Certificate from the University of Pennsylvania, Mediation Training, and training in Restorative Justice.
